'Grillo' Terre Siciliane IGT Vito Curatolo Arini 2023

Terre Siciliane Grillo IGT is one of Vito Curatolo Arini's whites. This winery is located in one of the main agricultural lungs of Sicily, on the coast of Marsala. In this area the climate mitigated by the proximity to the sea and the medium-textured calcareous soil have created the ideal conditions for the cultivation of excellent grapes. The white in question is entirely produced from Grillo vines. During mid-August the harvest begins, carried out manually by the expert winemakers, who simultaneously select the best bunches. The harvested grapes are destined for winemaking. Thanks to the pressing, the must is obtained, which is then placed to ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The fermented wine is then left to age on the lees for some time, before finally being bottled. The Terre Siciliane Grillo IGT thus obtained is a simple and fragrant white, perfect to be enjoyed from a very young age.
