So I selected only ripe and golden grapes for this new oenological creation Grapes from the Vial vineyard, which I left to ferment, 20% whole and 80% crushed, in an open wooden barrel, directly on the skins, to then move on to aging in a used oak barrel. As the name says, it is a spontaneously fermented wine, neither clarified nor filtered, obtained from grapes processed without sulfur dioxide. It was an experiment that literally enlightened me. In the bottle, the wine could present some natural cloudiness. Variety: 100 % Kerner. Very deep yellow colour. Very intense aromas of grapes and concentrated tannins, hints of hazelnuts and tropical fruits. In the mouth, the wine has elegant but present tannins. Typical fermentation notes on the skins, grapes with centered. Very special wine.
