Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Bourgogne Pinot Noir Chanson Pere & Fils is a dry red wine, vinified with 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in one of the most famous French regions in the world: Burgundy, a hilly area located in the central-eastern part of France. Pinot Noir, together with Chardonnay, are precisely the most characteristic and qualitative products of this region. Bourgogne Pinot Noir Chanson Pere & Fils has been classified AOC and AOP, or Controlled and Protected Designation of Origin. The grapes come exclusively from selected vineyards in the Côte de Nuits, from Domaine Chanson lands, and from vineyards located in the south of the Côte de Beaune. This dry and direct red wine, like the elderly French winemakers, also express delicacy and elegance, typical characteristics of the largest grape variety in the world, Pinot Noir. It can be stored in the bottle, under the right storage conditions, for several years without losing its character, on the contrary, evolving and improving its organoleptic characteristics. The Chanson Pere & Fils winery, which has combined the traditional and family management with the skilful advice of experts in the sector, has been making wine in Burgundy for almost 3 centuries; it is in fact one of the oldest and most deeply rooted companies in the region, an absolute guarantee.
