Insured shipping with delivery times of 24-48 hours from the time the order is processed.

The courier will deliver the shipment curbside.

ATTENTION:

It will be important to check that the shipping packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping). In the event that a situation similar to those listed above arises, the courier's proof of delivery must be signed by affixing the SPECIFIC CONTROL RESERVE, or the REASON FOR THE RESERVE must be indicated.

TIMELINES

• The delivery times of the goods from our warehouse to the FermoPoint may vary depending on the period of the year and the chosen collection point, approximately 24/48 hours
• You will be notified via email of the shipment of the goods to the FermoPoint and of the delivery of the goods to the collection point, only after receiving this second communication can you go to the FermoPoint.
• The parcels will remain available for collection at the FermoPoint for 10 days.

CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL

• Before going to the FermoPoint, wait to receive the email confirming the presence of the package at the collection point.
• The package can be collected by the holder of the order who must present himself at the collection point equipped with an identity card or with the QR-code present in the email received from BRT.
• Alternatively, the package can be collected by a delegated person who must present himself at the collection point with a proxy signed by the holder of the order and a copy of the identity card of the holder.
