'Rosé' Emilia Lambrusco Rosato Dry IGT RINALDINI

The Lambrusco Rosato Secco IGT Rosé wine is produced by the Rinaldini winery, located between Reggio Emilia and Parma. These grow on land with an extension of about 15 hectares, all owned; they have an alluvial terroir mixed with gravel and the cultivations have the particularity of being equipped with underground drip systems, to enhance the characteristics of vigor of the two vines. Lambrusco Secco IGT Rosé is made up of 80% red berries of Lambrusco Marani and 20% of those coming from Lambrusco Salamino; after the first fermentation, a second is carried out in an autoclave according to the Charmat method and the result is a mineral, balanced and very fragrant wine. Lambrusco Rosato Secco IGT Rosé can be drunk as an aperitif or in the second part of a meal and to bring out all its fragrant characteristics it is recommended to taste it young.
