Exotic White Tequila 100 cl

The Exotico Tequila Blanco from the González Lux distillery sees the light in the highlands of the Jalisco area, the state of Mexico that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and where the production of tequila is considered a refined art. The clay and iron soil of the Highlands is perfect for growing Azul Weber agaves. The water from the rare rains is retained by the clay present in the deepest layers of the soil and releases precious minerals to the blue agaves, the only variety cultivated by the distillery. To be precise, the agaves from which Exotico tequila is made take up to 15 years to mature, after which the pineapple-shaped hearts are steamed and gently pressed in a mill until the famous "agua miel" is obtained. Exotico yeast is added to this amber juice. After a double distillation in traditional stills, the Exotico Tequila Blanco is ready to sweeten and inebriate the palate in a moment of relaxation.
