Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Valpolicella Classico DOC from the historic Speri Venetian winery is a terroir red wine that comes from the company's deep bond with the local winemaking tradition. This label with a unique and unmistakable style is a young red that takes shape from a blend composed of Corvina Veronese (60%), Rondinella (30%) and Molinara (10%), the fruit of vineyards grown in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica, more precisely, in the countryside of the municipality of San Pietro in Cariano, in that of Fumane and in that of Negrar. This red comes from grapes harvested manually from the end of September to mid-October. After harvesting, once in the cellar, the bunches are pressed, followed by fermentation with 8-day maceration in steel tanks, after which the must is transferred to vitrified cement tanks, where it completes the fermentation. Finally, the Valpolicella Classico DOC is filtered and bottled. The result is a red that well expresses the soul of its territory, a wine with a pleasant and fresh sip, for a medium-bodied label, perfect when drunk young.
