Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Champagne Brut "Majeur" is a product of the prestigious Ayala maison which, of course, enjoys the Champagne AOC denomination. This Maison is undoubtedly characterized by a long and troubled history; today it is owned by Bollinger who has meant that, following innumerable historical vicissitudes, it could regain its initial splendor; it is no coincidence that it is one of the very few Maisons able to cover its needs using only grapes produced in its own vineyards! Champagne Brut Majeur undoubtedly owes its greatness to the peculiar assembly in which the character of the Pinot Noir and the generosity of the Chardonnay are combined with the Pinot Meunier which is able to harmonize everything making it extremely pleasant to drink. After the harvest, the fermentation and the sparkling process, the champagne is aged for over 30 months on its lees. It is precisely this step that makes this wine elegant, fine, lively and snappy, with fresh and fruity notes that never break a delicate balance. The finish is decisive and surprisingly long.
