The Vila Friulano Isonzo DOC is a structured white wine, which represents a tribute to the local tradition of the Lis Neris winery. It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Friulano grapes, a native variety previously known as Tocai. The bunches come from the company's historic vineyards located in Romans. Among the rows cultivated using the Guyot system, the works are inspired by the principles of organic farming. When they reach full maturity, the bunches are carefully selected by hand. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and delicately pressed. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The refinement phase takes place both in steel and in oak barrels. When about 11 months have passed, the wine is bottled and rests for another year in glass before being marketed. Perfect right from the start, La Vila Friulano Isonzo DOC can evolve in a pleasant way if stored with care for 3-4 years.
