'Palazzotto' Breganze Cabernet Sauvignon DOC Maculan 2020

The Breganze Cabernet Sauvignon DOC Palazzotto red wine from the Maculan winery is obtained from the exclusive use of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The hills of the Asiago plateau, around Bbreganze, welcome the vineyards that produce fine grapes thanks to the favorable microclimatic conditions and the structure of the subsoil, particularly rich in mineral salts. For three generations this winery has been producing wines of exceptional quality, protecting the territory and perfectly combining artisan traditions and technological innovation. The production of the Breganze Cabernet Sauvignon DOC Palazzotto wine begins with the harvest during which the bunches are selected with particular care and attention. After a soft pressing, we move on to fermentation in large steel tanks to then move on to maturation for half in first-passage French oak barriques and half in second-passage. The wine obtained is full-bodied and structured, perfectly balanced and ideal for an elegant dinner.
