For over fifty years the Berlucchi winery , leader in the production of Italian wines in Franciacorta , has been offering quality bottles such as 61 Franciacorta DOCG Nature Rosà Millesimato Berlucchi . Today, the vinification in the Berlucchi cellars takes place in a completely eco-sustainable way, this turning point has made the winery unique in its kind. Berlucchi labels are synonymous with great quality and value. Berlucchi 61 Franciacorta DOCG Nature Rosà Millesimato is obtained from chardonnay and pinot noir grapes harvested at the end of July. The sparkling wine undergoes a double fermentation in the bottle and the whole process lasts at least five years. After disgorgement, another six months pass for a sparkling wine with a full-bodied taste and a refined perlage. Franciacorta DOCG Nature Rosà Millesimato Berlucchi is a complex sparkling wine, pleasant in the mouth, sapid and with an intense flavour: it offers a simply extraordinary gustatory balance.
