'61 Spumante Franciacorta DOCG Rosé Berlucchi MAGNUM Boxed

A very particular bubble, as it is pink in colour, is that of Franciacorta Rosé 61 from the Berlucchi cellar. This very refined sparkling wine is obtained thanks to the use of equal proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes which together give the right balance of flavor and acidity. Added to this is the particular care that is provided in the production by the winery which boasts a tradition in the sector of over 50 years. This allows it to be a real point of reference in the sparkling wine sector. The magnificent hills of Franciacorta provide the raw material for this exceptional rosé sparkling wine. The production technique is followed with particular care and attention, right from the harvesting stages. During the vinification phase, a slow maceration on the skins takes place and then proceeds to the second fermentation which takes place with the Classic Method. The result is a delicious sparkling wine which is characterized by a refined and elegant taste in which light fruity and aromatic notes are perceived.
