A Tessa Ribolla Gialla Venezia Giulia PGI is a wine that is born in the I Clivi cellar. Although the company was recently founded, it represents a large reality in the Friuli area, a point of reference for many admirers. The grapes come from the Ribolla Gialla vine grown on soils facing south and rich in marl. All stages of processing follow the principles of organic farming, avoiding the use of any chemical substance. After the harvest, the whole bunch is pressed and the must is decanted by gravity. Subsequently, fermentation takes place in steel containers and refinement which is always carried out in steel for a period of 8 months in contact with the fine lees. The final stage involves bottling and placing on the market. A Tessa Ribolla Gialla Venezia Giulia IGT is a sapid and dry wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can still evolve if stored correctly for a few years.
