Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Alto Adige Chardonnay DOC Arvum is an intriguing white offered by the historic Südtirol Pfitscher winery, famous for the production of truly unique terroir wines. So much so that the label in question has obtained several awards from national and international critics, not least the positive opinion of the American critic and journalist James Suckling. This wine takes shape from the vinification of 100% Chardonnay grapes. The international vine is grown in the Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC denomination area, at 300 meters above sea level, in the countryside of Egna and in that of Ora. The Alto Adige Chardonnay DOC Arvum originates from a meticulous harvest that selects only the best grapes. After harvesting, the bunches are transferred to the cellar where they undergo a white winemaking process. After fermentation in steel barrels, the wine is aged on the lees in the same containers. The finished product is a white with a full and intense sip. A label with good longevity, for a very pleasant aromatic wine.
