It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The renowned Cantina Banfi, a Tuscan excellence in wine production, produces a great DOC certified wine called Bolgheri Rosso "Aska", composed of fine Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, and to a lesser extent, Cabernet Franc grapes. This particular harvest takes place in one of the richest and most prosperous areas of the Tuscany region thanks to the expert hands of the grape harvesters. Particular is also the processing of the grapes in steel vats at a controlled temperature and the malolactic fermentation. The wine is a high quality red which ages in wooden barrels for about 10 months, before being bottled and marketed. It is an intense and complex wine. It is structured and persistent with aromas of wild berries, sweet spices and roasting sensations. The taste is full and voluminous, with perfectly integrated tannins. Ends with a persistent and elegant finish.
