Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured rosé wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Beaurevoir Tavel AOC Rosè is a rosé wine produced by the cellar of Chapoutier Michel, a lover of Val di Rhône wine who has invested countless resources in order to emphasize the qualities of this land. This wine, as well as the others from the same cellar, embodies the biodynamic philosophy, whereby the sensory properties refer directly to the land of origin, in full respect of it, in the most natural way possible. This principle, of great interest, has attracted the attention of many producers, in many countries of the world, according to the biodynamic philosophy of Rudolph Steiner. Returning to the wine, the grenache grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in steel, where they return all the notes of the stony and calcareous soil on which they grow. The subsequent refinement takes a few months and is necessary to give the Tavel "Beaurevoir" the visual, olfactory and gustatory notes that make it unique. The bright color already suggests to the eye a unique power and character, confirmed by the sip which is both full-bodied and harmonious. It hardly looks like a rosé, very interesting.
