Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Côtes du Rhône Blanc "Belleruche", with denomination Côtes du Rhône AOC is a white wine produced by the Maison of Chapoutier Michel, a great wine expert who has transformed his passion for wines into a real life experience; thanks to the possession of some vineyards in the Rhone valley, it has expanded and improved the quality of the crops, up to expanding beyond the ocean. This white, like the other products of the Maison, clearly and decisively embodies the characteristics of Burgundy, almost as if it were possible to savor the territory of origin when sipped. The grapes of Belleruche Côtes du Rhône AOC Blanc derive from white grenache, clairette, bourboulenc vines. The harvest is late, in order to maximize the ripening of the grapes. The refinement takes place in oak, a passage which gives the wine particular and not very widespread scents. On the palate it is medium-bodied, it reveals all its freshness and intensity. Persistence is great. It is a wine that lends itself to being enjoyed immediately. An important added value of this important winery is the absolute respect for nature: for this reason, the company produces its wines following the principles of agriculture and biodynamic production.
