Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The Côtes du Rhône Rouge "Belleruche" is a red wine produced by the winery of the passionate and self-taught Michel Chapoutier. The Domaine of the Chapoutier family is located in the Rhone valley and it is here that the founder of the cellar wanted to invest most of his resources. The Côtes du Rhône Rouge "Belleruche", obtained from grenache and syrah vines, somehow embodies the biodynamic philosophy of the company, as it is obtained in full respect of the land of origin, with completely natural agriculture and oenology. This means that the territorial characteristics are maximized and transferred directly into the glass. The grapes are harvested when they reach a good degree of maturity. The harvest is followed by an aging of about 15 days in steel tanks which gives a good tannic structure and allows for excellent ageing. The result is a wine with a consistent structure and the right silkiness, with a young and immediate soul, therefore ready to be drunk now
