Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Chapoutier Michel is today one of the most important and prestigious wine producers in the northern Rhône region. Furthermore, the company has shown a strong respect for maintaining a natural balance in its vineyards and this is guaranteed by the biodynamic agriculture system it has been pursuing for many years. Such dedication to preserving the unique properties of each terroir is immediately evident when tasting the range of his wines, which display an unmistakable sense of authenticity. Chapoutier Michel Bila Haut blanc is a white wine produced with Grenache Balnc, Grenache Gris and Macabeu grapes from calcareous and clayey soils. The vinification of the Chapoutier Michel Bila-Haut blanc is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, while the aging lasts a few months, in the same containers, to maintain all the freshness and improve the minerality of the wine. The result is a young, cheeky, light, fragrant, undemanding white, to accompany aperitifs or appetizers in company.
