Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

Champagne Brut Grand Cru Millesimé, a label signed by the Paul Cloet maison, represents one of the most interesting interpretations of champagne of the denomination of the same name. It is obtained from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, in unspecified percentages, obviously harvested in the same year. The grapes of the two vines are subjected to a rigorous selection, aimed at identifying only the best berries, capable of providing all the aromas that will characterize this precious champagne from a sensorial point of view. Once harvested, they are fermented in steel. Subsequently the wine ages for a period of no less than 72 months directly in the bottle on its lees. The long maturation reflects the desire to allow this label to develop a solid structure, capable of enveloping the palate at the first sip. Ideal to uncork for moments to remember, Champagne Brut Grand Cru Millesimé can evolve very well if left in the cellar for up to ten years.
