Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Brentino Magnum wine is the expression of all the experience acquired by the Maculan family over the course of three generations of winemakers who, with constant work and passion, have been able to make the most of the typical grapes of the Breganze area. The particular terroir and the microclimate created by the Asiago plateau, give grapes with special organoleptic qualities at each harvest, with the right balance between sugars and acidity. The Brentino Magnum wine, in particular, comes from a skilful blend of 55% Merlot and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon vines which, after being harvested in the traditional way by hand, are aged for a year, first in steel tanks and then in oak barrels, so as to reach the right degree of ageing. In this way a red with an intense, dry and full-bodied ruby color is born, in which every element is well balanced. Due to its characteristics it is suitable as a table wine, but also for a pleasant evening with friends. It is advisable to uncork it at least half an hour before consuming it. The magnum format (1.5 l) is ideal for ageing.
