Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Cabochon Double Zero Franciacorta Docg Brut Nature Millesimato is produced by the Monte Rossa winery in Brescia. The label is the result of a blend that largely includes Chardonnay grapes, present for 70%, and Pinot Noir (30%). The two varieties are grown on the Monte Rossa hill overlooking Lake Iseo, where they enjoy beneficial breezes and strong temperature variations. Once the harvest is complete, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in the cellar in large oak barrels, where the wine remains for a good 5 months. The second fermentation in the bottle, typical of the Classic Method, then takes place, during which the wine ages for at least 4 years on its lees. Dosage syrup is not added during disgorgement. Perfect immediately, Cabochon Doppio Zero Franciacorta Docg Brut Nature Millesimato can be enjoyed with great satisfaction even after 4-5 years of further aging in the cellar.
