Description
Calavento Malvasia Bianca Leverano DOP Conti Zecca is a white wine produced in Leverano, in the heart of the beautiful Salento, in the south of Puglia. The philosophy of the Conti Zecca winery, which began at the beginning of the last century, is characterized by the balance between tradition and innovation, with a particular focus on the preservation of the native vines of Salento. The vines today occupy about 230 hectares. The soils are partly alluvial and partly calcareous, the grapes are harvested and softly pressed before being left to ferment in steel and to ripen in cement tanks. Calavento Malvasia Bianca Leverano DOP Conti Zecca is produced from 100% Malvasia Bianca grapes. It is a very versatile white wine, from appetizers to romantic dinners, which will really make you remember the aromas and flavors of the beautiful Apulian land.
