Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The Vermentino di Sardegna DOC Cerdeña white wine, proposed by the historic Sardinian winery of Serdiana Argiolas, is the result of a blend of Vermentino grapes and other native white berried varieties. The bunches all come from vineyards grown in the low hilly countryside of Siurgus Donigala, on a calcareous-marly soil that is subject to the benevolent influences of the Mediterranean climate. An important label for a white standard-bearer of the island's winemaking art. A wine that has obtained various national and international awards, including that of the Veronelli Guide. After being meticulously harvested, the grapes are transported to the cellar, where they undergo a soft pressing. Subsequently, the must is decanted and fermented, after which Cerdeña ages first in French oak barriques, then for a period ranging from 6 to 8 months it is refined in glass. The finished product is a Mediterranean wine that stands out for its persistence. An elegant white, well structured, soft and with a wide sip. A white that deserves to arouse our curiosity.
