Vinopuro's advices

Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

Chateau d'Aussieres Corbières AOC is a label of the Baron Edmond De Rothschild maison, one of the most appreciated wineries in the Bordeaux area. Being produced in limited quantities, it is perfect for those who want to discover true excellence. This red wine comes from an interesting blend of grapes, which vary according to the vintage, and include Carignan, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. Each of these vines finds, carefully selected for this purpose, a fertile ground, on which the grapes can reach perfect ripeness. When this happens, the work in the vineyard begins, which involves a selective manual harvest, followed by a traditional fermentation in wood. 40% of the wine is aged for a period that varies between twelve and sixteen months in small oak barrels. Chateau d'Aussieres Corbières AOC is already perfect after bottling, but can rest for another two or three years in the cellar.
