Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Longevity
This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description

Company acquired by Lurton in 2000, sees as one of the flagship products this rich and powerful blend of Merlot 80% / Cabernet Franc 20%. We are close to St. Emilion, one of the most suitable areas in the world for the production of wine.
Its color is brilliant, with a very dark ruby red, with beautiful purple hues. The nose is powerful and spicy. It is characterized by a beautiful olfactory richness marked in particular by pleasant notes of ripe red and black fruits (cherry, blackcurrant), to which is added a pinch of vanilla. The attack in the mouth is round. On the palate, the wine is well structured, broad, rich and powerful, but without heaviness. The tannins are soft. We find all the freshness and spicy character already perceived on the nose. It is a wine, with a good balance and great elegance. Excellent longevity prospects.
