Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Georges Duboeuf Saint Amour Chateau de Saint Amour is a red wine that comes directly from Beaujolais, the historic wine region of French Burgundy. It is produced by the Georges Duboeuf winery, one of the most important realities in the area. Raised in a family of winemakers, Georges soon abandoned his studies to devote himself to his true passion, wine. Together with his son Frank he manages the company, soon becoming a true ambassador of the region. Here Georges works with grapes from highly selected territories. Georges Duboeuf Saint Amour Chateau de Saint Amour is made with Gamay grapes, typical of Beaujolais, grown on soils with different characteristics. In fact, a part of the Saint Amour plot has a soil rich in clay and silicon which gives the wine a delicate note. Another part of the land is typically granite which gives this red strength and structure.
