'Chiaro di Stelle' Rosé Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Pala 2022

Chiaro di Stelle Rosé Isola dei Nuraghi IGT is a rosé wine produced by the Sardinian winery Pala . It is obtained from a blend of native dark berried grapes, including Monica, Carignano and Cannonau. Near Benatzu Coloru, the thirty-year-old vines are cultivated using the ancient sapling system and the more modern low espalier system. The clayey and calcareous soils are rich in sand and ensure the vines optimal nourishment and correct drainage until the time of harvest with manual selection of the bunches. In the cellar the grapes are left to macerate quickly on the skins and then fermented for about two weeks at a strictly monitored temperature in stainless steel tanks. After a brief refinement in the same containers, the wine rests in the bottle until it is marketed. Chiaro di Stelle Rosé Isola dei Nuraghi IGT is a ready-to-drink wine, to be appreciated in all its freshness shortly after bottling.
