Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
The Classic Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC is a wine that is produced at the Sartarelli winery in Poggio San Marcello. It is a family business that bases its philosophy on low environmental impact. The grapes come from the Verdicchio vines, grown on land located at 350 meters above sea level and exposed to the South/East and South/West. The soil is of medium texture and tending towards calcareous and the training system adopted is the simple Guyot one. After the manual harvest, the best bunches are subjected to soft pressing and the must obtained is sent to fermentation in steel containers. The refinement always takes place in steel for 10 months and before being put on the market it needs a further rest of 8 months in the bottle. The Classico Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC is a soft and elegant wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but can rest in the cellar for about 3 years.
