It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

The Contado Molise Aglianico Riserva DOC red wine from the Di Majo Norante winery is obtained using only the best quality Aglianico grapes. In the heart of Molise, precisely on the hills surrounding the municipality of Ramitello, there are vineyards that enjoy a good climate and a calcareous and clayey soil structure. This winery, which boasts an ancient tradition, produces wines of exceptional quality, perfectly blending artisan traditions and technological innovation. To produce the Contado Molise Aglianico Riserva DOC wine, the grapes are harvested between the end of October and the beginning of November. After a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place for a short time in stainless steel tanks. We then move on to the maturation which takes place partly in barriques and partly in steel before refining in the bottle. The result is a wine with an excellent structure, harmonious, easy to drink, its proverbial tannins smoothed out with aging and therefore over the years. Excellent in combination with important meat dishes.
