Description

Dindarello di Maculan is a passito wine with extraordinary characteristics, which is mainly appreciated for the versatility with which it accompanies sweet moments at the end of a meal. In fact, it represents one of the sweet excellences of the Veneto region, as well as one of the best examples of the drying of grapes in the region. Dindarello is obtained by vinifying exclusively pure Moscato grapes, which grow on the lush hills near Breganze, where the Maculan winery is located. The grapes are left to dry for a period of about a month directly in the loft, and then proceed to be vinified with a passage in steel, which preserves all the primary characteristics, especially aromatic. This phase is essential for wines such as Dindarello, which can thus give the consumer the full flavor of the Moscato grape and its aromas. Finally, the last production step consists in the refinement period, which lasts three months and takes place directly in the bottle. The result is a delicate, light raisin wine that allows pairings with cream, creams and spoon desserts.
