Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Falanghina del Sannio Taburno DOP Donnalaura is a commendable white, which has obtained several awards, including the four bunches of the Bibenda guide. This wine is proposed by the Campania winery Masseria Frattasi, famous for the important production of typical Sannio Caudino wines. This wine is the emblem of the Falanghina vine, whose grapes are vinified alone. The label comes from ancient vines grown on clayey soil, rich in calcareous and volcanic deposits. A white that leaves no one indifferent and which is the result of a careful manual harvest carried out in the third ten days of November. After harvesting, the grapes are transferred to the cellar where they undergo a cold maceration process. Soft pressing and fermentation follow, after which the Falanghina del Sannio Taburno DOP Donnalaura ages first for a few months in French oak barriques, then in glass. The finished product is a soft, savory and full-bodied label. A perfectly balanced wine, for a white that stands out for its good persistence.
