Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description
All hell! Rosso Terre Siciliane PGI is characterized by a large variety of fruity aromas, as it comes from Syrah and Nero d'Avola grapes only. With this label, Cantine Pellegrino 1880 wanted to interpret and express all the qualities of western Sicily in the best possible way. The vines are located between 200 and 600 meters above sea level, on a loamy and clayey terroir, particularly rich in minerals. Before the harvesting operations, the bunches are left to dry slightly on the plant, a process which allows to obtain grapes richer in sugars. Subsequently the wine undergoes a long fermentation and an aging in wood for a period of 4 months. The result is a label endowed with great intensity of aromas and soft to drink. All hell! Rosso Terre Siciliane PGI is ready to drink immediately, in order to better appreciate all its nuances.
