'Governor's Reserve' VSQ Extra Brut Bortolomiol 2021

Riserva del Governatore VSQ Extra Brut is an elegant and refined sparkling wine that is part of the renowned Couture Millesimati Collection line of the Bortolomiol winery , a historic company in the Valdobbiadene area. It is obtained from a careful and selected blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, grown on hilly calcareous soils, well exposed to the sun and with considerable ventilation, two qualities that allow the grapes to ripen optimally. After a soft pressing process, the must follows the vinification phase in white inside steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently it undergoes the sparkling process in an autoclave for over six months, following the disciplinary of the Martinotti Method. The result is a refined and delicate product, also characterized by remarkable freshness, excellent to be tasted immediately with great satisfaction. Riserva del Governatore VSQ Extra Brut is in fact one of the most classic and expressive labels of the Bortolomiol winery.
