It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The Benevento IGT Greco del Principe, from Masseria Frattasi, was born on the slopes of Mount Taburno, precisely in the municipality of Montesarchio. Here the cultivation of the vine is regulated by the organic method and by the rules of biodynamic agriculture: one of the principles on which the cellar is based, after all, is total respect for nature and the ecosystem. Furthermore, this area is particularly suitable for viticulture, as here you meet the mild sea breezes and the cold winds of the surrounding mountains. Fresh and delicate, the Benevento IGT Greco del Principe is a white with a balanced body and easy to drink. The manual harvest shows the deep bond between man and the environment, as well as the willingness of the staff to select only the best grapes. The wine is made from Greco grapes, widespread above all in southern Italy and well-known since the Roman Empire. The attention paid to each phase of the production process determines the remarkable value and extraordinary personality of the final result.
