Autochthonous vine par excellence of the South Tyrolean area, it has always expressed intense and intriguing wines. After a manual harvest and selection of the grapes, we have a controlled temperature fermentation and constant punching down of the pomace for 14 days in special barrels. In this way the wine takes on all the varietal connotations of the grape it comes from. Subsequently, a fifteen-month refinement takes place in small oak barrels; this gives the wine a truly remarkable softness and ease of drinking. Robust wine with purplish red nuances, rich in refined tannins and with delicate notes of violet. On the palate it is balanced and full, initially velvety. The aging in small oak barrels gives the Lagrein character and precious aromatic notes. Optimal!
