It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The Condrieu Blanc Chapoutier comes from the grapes of the Tain L'Hermitage vineyards, located in the northern part of the Rhône valley. This wine is obtained exclusively with fine selected and hand-picked Viogner grapes and undergoes refinement first in tonneaux and, subsequently, in new oak barrels. The elegance of this aromatic wine is to be found in the variety of soils of the territory of origin and in the decidedly harsh climate in the winter months. The Condrieu Blanc Chapoutier by Chapoutier Michel is a structured wine, with a persistent aftertaste and is perfect for enhancing not only traditional French dishes, but also oriental ones. The wine production of the Chapoutier family began in 1808 in one of the regions best known worldwide for the quality of the wines. What has always distinguished this company is the respect for nature and for the grapes that allow it to obtain wines capable of best expressing their parcel of origin and a terroir which, through cutting-edge biological practices, is maintained in a wine worthy of deserving important recognitions.
