Description
The "Junior" can be considered the "little brother" of the "3309", the company's great Pinot Noir in barricades. The grapes come from the same vineyards and the wine differs above all in the ageing. In this case, not having been aged in wooden barrels, the wine is ready to drink, easier, even if in any case with a good structure and with the unmistakable elegance of the noble French vine. Ample and intense, it goes perfectly with not particularly structured meat dishes and medium-aged cheeses. Production is limited to 4500 bottles!
