It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

This Stoanadler by Niklas is an important and prestigious wine made from 80% Lagrein, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc with vines over 30 years old, therefore low yield and high quality fruit. After a rigorous and manual harvest, the grapes remain 15 days open maceration with the skins and subsequently the maloloctic fermentation takes place in wooden barrels. The wine then ages for 18 months in used and new barriques. In the glass we find an intense ruby red color, it has intense aromas of small fruits and spices with notes of blackberries and currants. Taste: good balance between fruit and sweet tannins, complex and structured, perfect in combination with important dishes.
