Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description

The Nodi Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG is a commendable proposal from the Nino Franco Venetian winery, an important production reality, known beyond the borders of the Bel Paese for the production of labels with a marked personality. Synonymous with high quality, this sparkling wine takes shape from the processing of 100% Glera grapes, fruit of the vines of the Col del Vent vineyard. This brut is the result of careful processing in the vineyard and in the cellar. After a meticulous harvest, the grapes are processed following the dictates of the Charmat method, also known by the name Martinotti. After a first fermentation, the grapes undergo a second one in a steel autoclave. Subsequently, the Nodi Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG will first be subjected to dosage, then to bottling. The end result is a sparkling wine with a fruity sip. An intense and velvety label, which emerges for its fine and rather persistent perlage.
