Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Description

The Korem Magnum proposed by the famous Argiolas winery, an important family-run production company in southern Sardinia, is a wine with the Isola dei Nuraghi Typical Geographical Indication. A product of considerable interest, for a label that is a real pride of Sardinian enology. This red is produced from the blend of Carignano, Bovale Sardo and Cannonau grapes, the fruit of native varieties grown at 300 meters above sea level, on medium-textured soil with the presence of clay and calcareous material. In addition to the composition of the soil, the typical Mediterranean climate of the island also contributes to making the grapes special. The Korem Magnum takes shape from grapes, rigorously hand-picked during the early hours of the morning, in order to preserve their freshness. Once harvested, the bunches are transferred to the cellar where they undergo fermentation in vitrified cement vessels. Subsequently the wine is aged in barriques for a variable period between 10 and 12 months. After which it is bottled, after which it ages again in glass for about 6 months. The end result is a persistent and balanced red. A wine with excellent structure, elegant and very deep.
