Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Vermentino La Pettegola from the famous Tuscan winery Banfi is an excellent white wine that embodies all the essences of the Maremma area. Made with 100% Vermentino grapes, La Pettegola is a high-level product that has enjoyed various successes and which has obtained as many awards, including the prestigious one from the famous American critic and journalist James Suckling. Vermentino La Pettegola is the result of a very careful harvest and selection of the grapes from vineyards grown on land located on the mid-coast of Tuscany. The harvest is followed by vinification in steel, then the wine ages in the same containers for a few months, after which it is bottled and placed on the market. The result is a medium-bodied white wine that is very fresh and delicate. A straightforward Vermentino that presents a good evolution and is therefore excellent drunk young, but becomes really interesting left to rest in the cellar for 2 or 3 years.
