'Lago Di Caldaro Classico Fuxs' Sudtirol DOC Weingut Niklas 2023

Lago di Caldaro Classico Fux is an identity and territorial wine. First of all, in fact, it comes from 100% Schiava grapes, a variety that finds its cradle of choice in Alto Adige. A striking bottle, as soon as it is poured into the glass, for its bright and shining colour, the prelude to a fruity nose and a delicate and flowing drink. The must ferments at a controlled temperature of 24 degrees, also carrying out the malolactic fermentation, in steel, macerating for a week. The refinement takes place for 4 months, both in steel and in cement, a period in which the wine remains on the fine lees. This Lago di Caldaro Classico announces itself to the eye with a decidedly brilliant color, which recalls the hue of ruby. The nose is filled with subtle aromas and scents, which wrap it delicately, highlighting notes of fresh red fruit and light touches of almond. On the palate it has a light, slender body, characterized by a tasty sip that feeds an easy and pleasant drink at the same time.
