Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured rosé wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Alto Adige DOC Lagrein Rosé, a close relative of the famous red LangrEin, is a wine that boasts the denomination of controlled origin Südtirol - Alto Adige. The label is proposed by the Tramin cooperative farm, a prestigious production company that has been creating terroir wines of considerable interest since 1898. It is no coincidence that it is counted among the best wineries in the Bel Paese. An excellent rosé, which has received several awards, not least that of the famous Italian-American wine critic Antonio Galloni. A wine resulting from the vinification of 100% Lagrein grapes, the fruit of vines grown at an altitude between 250 meters and 400 meters above sea level, in calcareous clayey soils, rich in gravel and sand. The Alto Adige DOC Lagrein Rosé comes from a careful harvest, at the end of which the grapes are transferred to the cellar, where they undergo soft pressing. Subsequently the must is fermented in steel. The final result is a rosé with a fresh and delicate sip, from a pink to light ruby color with a delicate and pleasant aroma. The flavor is fragrant and stimulating. A perfectly balanced wine, for a label with mineral hints and good acidity.
