'Laudàri' Chardonnay Sicilia DOC Baglio del Cristo di Campobello 2022

Laudàri Chardonnay Sicilia DOC is a white wine produced by the Baglio del Cristo di Campobello winery, a Sicilian production reality that fully enhances this unique territory. The vineyards from which the Chardonnay grapes are obtained, destined to be vinified alone, are located at an altitude of 270 meters in Campobello di Licata. It is in this area that the vines can enjoy an ideal microclimate and a calcareous soil rich in chalk, which gives the grapes a high minerality. Following a harvest carried out with the utmost care, the grapes are transported to the cellar, where they undergo alcoholic fermentation in steel at a rigorously controlled temperature. After this initial phase, the wine is left to age for about four months in oak barriques before being bottled. As a result of meticulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar, Laudàri Chardonnay Sicilia DOC is an extraordinary, fragrant and intense white, which boasts good aging potential.
