Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The Lauro comes from a selection of grapes from the historic "Mogliette" vineyard planted in 1969 on the clayey soil of a breezy hill facing west; the longevity of the vineyard and the particular location allow for a late harvest and the achievement of an excellent balance between acidity and sugar content. The historicity of the system, the management of the vines, the selection of the bunches during the harvest and the obsessive attention in all the processing phases allow us to obtain a full-bodied, velvety and decidedly refined wine. Aging in steel tanks with prolonged batonnage for a period of 18/20 months. A wine of exceptional consistency combined with great refinement. Straw yellow in color with golden reflections, the nose is fresh and penetrating with hints of ripe fruit, yellow peach and almond. The mouth has excellent correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and pleasing roundness, however balanced by alcohol, velvety, rich, with a very persistent finish with long flavors of apple and almond. A memorable white!
