It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Les Blanchots Chablis Grand Cru Domaine Laroche is an extraordinary French white wine, produced in the Burgundy region, famous for the production of fine wines. The Chablis area is undoubtedly the world reference point for Chardonnay. The vines of the Domaine Laroche winery occupy 130 hectares of land right on the hills of Chablis, where the history of the company began way back in 1850. Les Blanchots Chablis Grand Cru Domaine Laroche is an extraordinary wine, produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes from old vineyards over 40 years old, located in the Gran Cru area of Chablis, which is the area with the highest classification, in terms of quality, that a French vineyard can obtain; the wine is then aged on noble lees for 12 months, in oak and steel barrels. The vintage offers an important acidity, the backbone of this wine, which will allow it to evolve in the bottle for many years. It is fine and balanced and the mouth is delicate, light, but full of aromas of white flowers. A wine that perfectly combines acidity and concentration. This wine wins a very high score from the well-known critic Robert Parker: 91/100!
