'Les Chevonettes' Chassagne-Montrachet AOC Chanson Pere ' Fils 2022

Les Chevonettes Chassagne Montrachet is a white wine produced by Maison Chanson Pere & Fils. This winery has been owned by the Bollinger group since 1999 and over the years it has acquired some peculiarities that have defined the style in an increasingly decisive way. In fact, like the other whites of the house, Les Chevonettes Chassagne Montrachet also has truly characterizing elements that make it unmistakable. Let's not forget that we are in one of the most interesting areas in the world for the production of white wines, above all based on chardonnay. Indeed, we can say these white wines from Burgundy constitute the most perfect expression of Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested by hand, following a careful selection of the best bunches. After the harvest, it is aged in small oak barrels which will subsequently give the wine so-called tertiary scents, related precisely to the passage in wooden barrels. On the other hand, aging is carried out in order to maximize the quality of the product, which thus becomes capable of showing great texture and balance.
