Description
This plot of Pinot Noir was planted in 1985 on clay soil with an area of 0.415 hectares. As for the other parcels, the vineyard has been organic since 2006. A manual harvest is carried out with strict selection of the bunches. Soft pressing with the feet and very delicate vertical pressing. In line with the company's beliefs, no oenological corrections of any kind were made.
The wine produced is intense in color and shows an aromatic, complex, elegant olfactory bouquet, with a beautiful structure at the gustatory level. Elegance and persistence are the salient features of this pinot noir that demonstrates all the makings of Burgundy.
