Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Description

From Syrah vineyards, planted for over 25 years, comes this intense red wine, Les Meysonniers Crozes-Hermitage AOC from the Michel Chapoutier maison. The winery owns 240 hectares of vineyards in the Rhone Valley in France. This red wine comes from the northernmost parcels of the valley, on gently sloping, sunny and south-facing soils. The soil is essentially composed of clay and gravel. The temperate climate makes the late harvest possible and therefore the bunches are left on the vine until fully ripe. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks. Before being bottled, Les Meysonniers Crozes-Hermitage AOC remains to age in cement tanks for at least 12 months. The result is a product of excellence from the Michel Chapoutier winery which has received the French denomination Appellation d'Origine Controlée and remarkable scores in the most prestigious wine magazines in the world. in the glass it has a deep ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of blackcurrant, raspberry and strawberry, joined by a pleasant hint of violet. In the mouth it is full-bodied and round, with a persistent finish in which notes of cooked fruit and vanilla dominate the scene in balance. a truly intriguing wine. The added value of this important winery is the absolute respect for nature: for this reason, the company produces its wines following the principles of agriculture and biodynamic production.
